The Quantum Materials group laboratories are located in the Maxwell Centre, Cavendish Laboratory on the West Cambridge Site. The labs are fully equipped for materials synthesis, characterisation of thermodynamic, transport, and structural properties, and measurement of physical properties under a broad range of temperatures, magnetic fields, and applied pressure. The group also makes use of shared facilities across the University and are regular users at UK and international user synchrotron and neutron facilities, and international high magnetic field laboratories.
